This characteristic stone-built house ( approx. 172 sq.m. ) was restored in the 1960s and is set in 4 hectares of farm land with olives and an orchard. It is on the outskirts of the historic Borgaria, a tiny hamlet a few kilometres from Narni.

The house, whilst habitable, could do with some remodernization but a new boiler was fitted in 2013. At the moment it is divided into two apartments but could easily be used as one house or left as two apartments to use one of them for a B&B.

On the ground floor there is a large open plan living /dining area with a fireplace, a kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. 

On the first floor there is a living room with fireplace, a kitchen, washroom, bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

Externally there is a large fenced front garden which overlooks the hamlet and a pleasant portico to the side of the building off the courtyard. At the back of the courtyard there are various outhouses (totalling around 100 sq.m.) one of which has been set up with the fittings for a kitchen and bathroom.  The land is mainly pasture, with some woodlands and about 90 olive trees and various fruit trees.

The hamlet is part of the 12th century castle of which remains only a ruined tower nearby, but there is an ancient church where 15th century wall paintings have been found and Roman ruins are found outside the church.  Narni is about 5 km away and the A1 motorway can be reached in about 15 minutes. Rome is about 40 minutes.
