Do you have a property in Italy that you would like to advertise with us?
We will be happy to make an appointment to come and view your property, take all the necessary photos, write a description in English and Italian and publish it on international and Italian portals as well as on our own websites. We will follow you personally throughout the selling process.
There is no fee for the above services.
Our commission on the sale, payable at the preliminary agreement, is 3% + VAT for property costing above euro 130,000 and euro 4,000 + VAT for property under euro 131,000.
